A huge IT problem can be fixed through a simple remote connect.

Do you need help to access your computer remotely?  Here are the general instructions.  Please email support@trueitpros.com if you are unfamiliar with your username and passwords (please allow 24 hours for a reply).

1. Click http://trueitpros.com/access (you can save this location as a Bookmark or Favorite in your browser)
2. Enter your USERNAME:  typically your email address
   Enter your PASSWORD:  assigned by trueITpros when you setup your account
3. Click the computer icon  next to THE NAME OF THE UNIT YOU WISH TO ACCESS
4. Enter your USERNAME:  the username to your computer 
   Enter your PASSWORD:  the password to your computer OrEnter the PASSWORD only setup by trueITpros at your request.
5. Click REMOTE CONTROL
6. You can now use your computer as if you were in front of it.
