Robert is an MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) for Enterprise Administration. Over the past 15 years, Robert has worked all levels of IT from Call Center Help Desk, to Enterprise Administrator, to now the owner of trueITpros, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert believes that small business owners need to look at their IT from three specific aspects to be successful in today’s marketplace: IT Infrastructure, Websites and Online/Offline Marketing.
Gayle Cozzo
Business Development
Gayle brings a ton a life to the trueITpros, LLC team. Gayle is the glue that holds the entire company together. Working closely with all the lead team members, Gayle helps bring the trueITpros expertise to the Atlanta business market. It’s rare to find Gayle not solving problems, introducing trueITpros to new clients, or keeping the company on track. In her spare time, however, Gayle loves working on her yard, home and swimming pool.
John Young
Accounting Manager
John comes on board with over 13 years of accounting experience. His experience includes A/R, A/P (Manager), Billing, Collections, General Ledger, Account and Bank Reconciliations and the list goes on! John is detail oriented and loves to iron out financial issues and will respond quickly to inquiries! On a personal note John recently moved back to Atlanta from New York where he was also a professional Opera singer!

Senior System Engineer
Charles directs all the IT functions for trueITpros. As the lead Senior System’s Engineer, Charles works with ISPs, telcom vendors and more to bring your company’s IT infrastructure into the 2013 and beyond. Charles joined trueITpros and quickly launched his career into building strong business networks for our clients. When not dealing with the day to day challenges of IT, you can find him hitting the bullseye at local dart tournaments.
Michael Springfield
Systems Engineer
Michael is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience working with both PCs and Macs. Michael has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, Disney and Unum. Michael believes that small business owners deserve the same IT expertise as large corporations. He is experienced in SOX and HIPAA compliance as well. In his spare time Michael runs a successful photography business so he can also help with your imaging needs.

Todd is one of trueITpros, LLC newest members. Todd truly understands small business, and has been helping Non-Profit clients succeed since day one. Interfacing one-on-one with clients is Todd’s key to success.

Topher Payne
Senior Director of Marketing
Topher is our copywriting, content and marketing guru. Topher has been with the trueITpros LLC team from its inception. Topher has created amazing designs and marketing campaigns for all types of growing Atlanta small businesses. Topher’s eye for finding new and creative ways to bring a business to the market keeps him in high demand. While not working with trueITpros, Topher has a very busy and successful Playwright career.
Chantae King
Lead SEO and SEM
Chantae joined the trueITpros, LLC after working with AT&T in their online marketing division. Chantae brings big business knowledge to our small business clients. With an understanding of Google Adwords and SEO un-matched by general SEO practitioners, Chantae can help your small business compete with ‘the big boys’ without the big boy budget. Chantae has a strong creative side too with a new online site of her music.
Jef Holbrook
SEO/SEM Writer and Website Designer
Jef became a member of trueITpros in June 2013 and boy is he glad to be here! Jef is a guy who loves creating content for understanding startups, company blogs, ebook publishing, landing pages, social media campaigns and other marketing endeavors. Jef has a done more than his fair share of study in WordPress, eCommerce, SEO and graphic design and his print work has been seen across the country. Jef spends his time outside trueITpros with continuing his acting career.
