As you may know by now, Microsoft is releasing Windows 8 on October 26, 2012. However, Microsoft decided to give users a helping hand by re-designing the Touch Mouse. Microsoft is releasing a new set of gestures designed for Windows 8 navigation. How is this possible you may ask? It is simple. Microsoft has a new Device Center, which is a program that takes full control of your mouse and keyboard in the new OS. The device Center will allow you to take control in the acceleration and speed of vertical scrolling. So what else does this fancy mouse have to offer? Some other features include one-finger swiping for scrolling up and down, two-finger movement for managing apps, three-finger movement to zoom the screen in and out as well as a thumb movement for moving backward and forward.

Microsoft not only wants users to enjoy Windows 8 on their PC, but they also want to make using the tablet easier. Their engineers have created four new devices specifically for tablets and laptops: Wedge Mobile Keyboard, Wedge Touch Mouse, Sculpt Touch Mouse, and the Sculpt Travel Keyboard. Each device is blue-tooth driven and compatible with iOS and Android tablets. With the upcoming release of the Surface, your tablet can really operate as a portable PC complete with a mouse and full keyboard. If you are a PC user, you’ll have fun exploring these new tools designed to make your computing life a little better. As always trueITpros wants you to know what’s new on the technology scene. Check back with us next week for more dazzling products set to roll out this year.
