Samsung has cooked up something fresh and hot with the new Galaxy S III.

Every six months telecommunications companies release a new smartphone to the world. Apple completely changed the game in 2007 when it unveiled the first iPhone, a product that set the bar for cell phones for years to come. With an array of innovative features not yet used on a phone, Apple proposed the question of who can compete with the iPhone. The answer came in 2008 with the release of the first Android smartphone. Two totally different operating systems made for direct competition and all other cell phone models were left behind. Now with the new Samsung Galaxy S III, the bar just edged up a little more.

Galaxy S III has features that make it the smarter smartphone. S Beam allows you to share music, photos and videos with other Galaxy S III phones by touching the backs together. ALL Share Play allows you to directly connect and stream multimedia content to other Samsung products such as tablets or laptops. You’ll feel like you have a personal assistant with the S Voice feature. You tell it what to do and it responds just like Siri on the iPhone. Most smartphones come with a camera, but most of them do not take pictures like a professional grade digital camera. Galaxy S III comes with an 8.0 MP rear camera, a 1.9 MP front camera and HD video recording. With zero shutter lag, you can take multiple photos and the phone will pick the best photo for you. Galaxy S III can also multi-task. With Pop Up Play you can surf the web or check email while watching HD videos. How smart is that?

Galaxy S III is powered by the Verizon 4G network and comes with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and 2GB of Ram. All of this in a light weight device that fits in your back pocket. In the land of smartphones, there are more than enough options to choose from among Android models. If you’re looking to upgrade your cell phone, the Galaxy S III may be the perfect phone for you.  So there is only one question. Can you hear us now?
