LG reveals its new all-in-one desktop pc, a not so distant cousin to Apple’s iMac.

When Apple released the iMac, their all-in-one desktop pc, the world was super excited to see a new, sleek approach to desktop computing. The old bulky floor model PC might take another back seat to LG’s new all-in-one desktop PC, the LG Chromebase (Model 22CV241). We can look forward to this product’s grand debut in January, but let’s get to know some stats now.

The LG Chromebase is definitely a passenger on the futuristic ride computers are taking. The destination is a more accessible and less cluttered desktop. For one, power chords are not an issue. With a built-in Intel Celeron CPU processor, 2GB internal memory and 16GB iSSD storage, the LG Chromebase is that old bulky floor model transformed. It’s taking a jalopy and turning it into a town car. Since this computer is a Google product, it offers access to the Chrome Web Store where users can find a ton of apps for Gmail, Drive, Google Play, YouTube, Maps and much more.

The all-in-one desktop PC has video chat capabilities with a 1.3 megapixel camera. The LG Chromebase also has a 178 degree adjustable viewing angle. It is expected for schools, hotels and other businesses to adopt the all-in-one desktop PC as we move into the future of computers. So there you have it. Something to look forward to if you are in the market for a new PC.
